1. Return Eligibility
Returns are considered for eligible products that meet this policy and applicable consumer rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The original invoice or order number is required, and the product is inspected before approval.
2. Request Period
A return, refund or exchange request must be submitted within the approved period stated in the current policy for the relevant product, calculated from the purchase or delivery date as applicable.
3. Product Condition & Packaging
The product must be unused and in its original condition, with its packaging, tags, all accessories and supplied manuals. This does not limit the customer rights where a product is defective or does not match the order.
4. Proof of Purchase & Inspection
A valid original invoice or order number is required. REUNION COMPUTER inspects the product to confirm its condition and compliance with the policy, then informs the customer whether the request is approved or declined.
5. Defective & Non-returnable Products
A defective product is inspected and may qualify for return, exchange or repair after verification. Used products, products damaged through misuse, products missing packaging or accessories, and items expressly excluded by the approved policy are not returnable, without prejudice to applicable consumer rights.
6. Exchange Options
Exchange is available for eligible products within the approved period, subject to proof of purchase and the product being in its original condition with packaging and accessories. After inspection and approval, it will be exchanged for the same or a suitable similar product, subject to availability. The customer bears return shipping unless the product is defective or not as ordered, in which case REUNION COMPUTER bears the cost.
7. Refund Method & Processing
Approved refunds are returned exclusively to the original payment method. After approval, REUNION COMPUTER processes the refund, and the amount may take 5–10 business days to appear on the card depending on the bank or payment provider.
8. Shipping Costs & Legal Rights
The customer bears the cost of returning the product unless it is defective or does not match the order, in which case REUNION COMPUTER bears the cost. This policy does not limit consumer rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
