1. Delivery Areas
We deliver orders within the Kingdom of Bahrain and provide shipping to GCC countries under the approved timelines and charges set out in this policy.
2. Local Delivery
Standard orders are normally delivered within Bahrain in 1–2 working days, subject to product availability, order confirmation and location. Delivery charges start from BHD 2 and may vary by distance, location, order size and product type. Same-day or urgent delivery may be available for selected products and locations, with any additional charge confirmed before dispatch.
3. International Orders
International delivery is not listed as a standard service in the current approved policy. Availability, eligible destination, timeframe and cost must be confirmed by REUNION COMPUTER before the order is accepted.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery within Bahrain is normally 1–2 working days. Timelines are subject to availability, confirmation and location, and may be affected by public holidays, traffic or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Delivery charges start from BHD 2 and may vary according to distance, location, order size and product type. Large or heavy products and special orders may require a separate quotation. The final delivery or shipping cost is displayed or confirmed during checkout before completion of the order.
6. Store Collection
You may choose free collection from the REUNION COMPUTER store. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
7. Order & Payment Confirmation
After the order and payment are completed, payment and order confirmation is sent by email or SMS using the contact details entered at checkout.
8. Return Shipping
The customer bears the cost of returning a product. If the product is defective or does not match the order, REUNION COMPUTER bears the return cost in accordance with the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
