1. Website Use
This website is owned and operated by REUNION COMPUTER | الملتقى للكمبيوتر, Commercial Registration No. 41289-02, Kingdom of Bahrain. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website and services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. REUNION COMPUTER may amend them when reasonably required for legal, security, operational, or commercial reasons. The updated version becomes effective when published, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Products are covered only by the warranty expressly stated for the relevant product, manufacturer, or invoice, in addition to mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Nothing excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REUNION COMPUTER is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, delay, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted.
2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or comply with law.
3. Products & Pricing
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices, but minor differences or errors may occur. Product information and pricing may be corrected or updated when required.
4. Orders & Payments
An order is a request to purchase and remains subject to availability, payment authorization, verification, and our confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped, handed to a courier, or prepared for collection where preparation involves activation, customization, or special ordering. Cancellation is not complete until confirmed by REUNION COMPUTER. Contact us as quickly as possible with the order number, customer name, registered telephone number, and reason for cancellation. Requests may be submitted by email to reunionpc@gmail.com, WhatsApp at +973 36095955, or telephone at +973 17695955. An order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped or handed to the courier. The customer may then request a return under the Refund & Returns Policy after receiving the product, subject to its conditions and applicable Bahrain consumer rights. Custom-built, specially ordered, personalized, registered, activated, or configured products may not be cancellable after preparation or procurement has begun, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. For an approved cancellation where payment has been collected, the refund will be returned only to the original payment method. We will initiate an approved cancellation refund within 7 business days. After initiation, a card or bank refund may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider. We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, payment is not authorized, fraud or misuse is suspected, delivery information is insufficient, or the transaction is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions. Any collected amount will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photographs, layouts, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to REUNION COMPUTER and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business shopping. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with security or availability, scrape or reproduce content without permission, submit false information, impersonate another person, commit fraud, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law. Products and services will not be supplied, directly or indirectly, where prohibited by applicable international sanctions, United Nations sanctions, Bahrain law, or sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Orders may be screened, held, rejected, or cancelled to meet compliance obligations.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute relating to the website or an order are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The competent courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
